POP MART in Massachusetts is seeking Sales Associates to enhance salesmanship and customer experience across our stores. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and recommend items to help customers choose.

Responsibilities include operating the cash register, supporting shipments, and organizing the stockroom. Candidates should be at least 18 and comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail customer-facing experience.
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver great customer experience.
• Ability to speak or understand multiple languages is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

What You Will Achieve

• Greet customers, engage in friendly conversations, and ask about their shopping needs

• Support on product shipment deliveries and organize stockroom

What You Will Need

• Preferably 1+ year of retail customer-facing experience
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver great customer experience
• Ability to speak or understand multiple languages is a plus
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move merchandise and supplies up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per shift)
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and climb ladders or step stools safely
