Job summary

ALDO Group in Cypress, TX is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to drive sales and create an engaging in-store experience. You’ll bring energy, style, and a customer-first attitude to help customers find their perfect fit and complete purchases.

You will support daily operations, assist with restocking and merchandising, and contribute to a welcoming environment for all shoppers. This role offers weekend and flexible shifts with employee discounts and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or service industry.
• Strong customer-first attitude.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Part-Time Sales Associate at ALDO is all about driving sales while creating great in-store experience. You bring the energy, the style, and the attitude that keeps customers coming back.
