Job summary

ALDO Group is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to drive sales and create a great in-store experience. You bring energy, style, and the attitude that keeps customers coming back.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll hit sales goals, maintain strong visual merchandising, follow all policies, support restocking and back-store tasks, and help create a welcoming, inclusive environment where everyone feels valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or service industry.
• Deep interest in fashion.
• Big customer-first energy with ability to connect with people.
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable standing and lifting up to 35 lbs. (≈16 kg) during busy floor days.

Responsibilities

The Role
