Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is hiring a Sales Associate to help customers, process transactions, and maintain an organized store for donated goods. You will greet shoppers, assist with sizing, operate the register, and keep the sales floor clean and appealing.

No formal education is required, and POS experience is preferred. You must be 18+ with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to support store hours and meet state laws. Safety and teamwork are emphasized.

• Participates in organizational programs and events as needed.

• Promotes a safe work environment and adheres to safety requirements.
• Communicates progress, problems, and concerns to the Customer Service Manager.
