Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service and assist customers as they enter the store.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
• Set and track sales goals and improve selling skills.
• Uphold company policies and procedures across manuals and memos.
• Support daily store operations including shipments and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote sales per product knowledge manual.
• Strive to meet or exceed sales targets and communicate needs to management.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
• Safeguard company assets and report potential fraud risk.
