Job summary

Tire Discounters is hiring for Sales Associate and Sales Manager roles in Gainesville, GA. You’ll help customers, promote products, and drive store sales while delivering a WOW customer experience. The position requires strong communication, the ability to work Saturdays, and the stamina to stand and lift up to 75 lbs.

• Retail or customer service experience is preferred; automotive experience is a plus.

• Valid driver's license and eligibility to work in the USA (18+).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Drive sales growth for the store location, including daily customer calls.
• Coordinate each customer's work order through to completion following policy and procedures.
• Provide outstanding customer service to every customer.
• Maintain presentation of the store interior and exterior.
• Promote a culture of cooperation and collaboration among team members.
• Assist in the shop as necessary.

Your Role as Sales Associate and Sales Manager:

Our Sales Associates and Sales Managers are the neighborhood trusted experts for auto maintenance and repair! In this high-impact, fast-paced role, you are responsible for growing sales for your store through relationships location while achieving superior levels of customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

• Evaluates customer needs and recommends products and services accordingly.
• Drives sales growth for store location, including making customer calls daily to increase sales opportunities.
• Coordinates each customer's work order through to completion, fully and accurately following company policy, programs and procedures.
• Provides outstanding customer service to every customer.
• Takes accountability for the presentation of the property, including inside and outside the store.
• Promotes company culture of cooperation and collaboration among all team members.
• Assists in the shop as necessary.

Requirements

Your Skills & Qualifications:

• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus).
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.

Pay: $35,000 - $55,000+ annually

• (includes monthly spiff and monthly store bonus)
