Job summary

Tire Discounters, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate or Sales Manager to be the go-to expert for auto maintenance and repair, driving sales and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

In a family-owned environment, you’ll promote teamwork, support the shop as needed, and maintain a welcoming store ambiance while delivering a WOW experience for customers and our team members.

Qualifications

• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus).
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work on Saturdays.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and authorized to work in the USA (18+).

Position Overview

Compensation Plan

Pay: $40,000 - $55,000 + annually

Our Sales Team Members are paid weekly and earn monthly individual spiffs as well as participating in the monthly store bonus.
