Job summary

America's Best – part of National Vision – is hiring a Sales Associate for our Vista, CA location. This part-time role requires bilingual English/Spanish abilities and a willingness to deliver outstanding customer service while assisting customers with eyewear selections and care.

You will support store operations and aim to reach sales goals. Minimum 1+ year in retail or customer service is preferred; HS diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Fluent reading and speaking in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training where permitted by state law.
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care.
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records.
• Communicate order status and answer phone calls.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and merchandised to brand standards.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers while supporting store operations and sales goals.

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training (as permitted by state law)
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care

• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Must be available to work Monday (11:00 AM - 7:30 PM), Wednesday (11:00 AM - 7:30 PM), Thursday (8:30 AM - 7:30 PM), and Saturday (8:30 AM - 6:30 PM).

What You’ll Need:
Experience & Skills:1+ year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.Fluent in reading & speaking both English & Spanish.
Versatility:Skilled at multi-tasking and handling a fast-paced work environment
Education:High School Diploma or equivalent required
