America's Best, part of National Vision, seeks a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. You will help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.

Dispense eyewear and provide lens training where permitted by state law, educate customers on care, maintain accurate records, and keep the store clean and merchandised to brand standards. Weekend availability may apply.

Competenze

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Fluent in reading & speaking both English & Spanish.

Job Description

As a Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers while supporting store operations and sales goals.

What You'll Need:

Experience & Skills:

1+ year of retail or customer service experience is preferred. Fluent in reading & speaking both English & Spanish.

Skilled at multi-tasking and handling a fast-paced work environment

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent required
