Job summary

America's Best, part of National Vision, is hiring a Sales Associate for optical services in a part-time, bilingual English/Spanish role. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations.

Responsibilities include helping customers select eyewear based on lifestyle and budget, dispensing eyeglasses and lenses, educating on care, maintaining records, and keeping the store clean and merchandised to brand standards. Sundays off per location policy.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience
• Fluent in reading & speaking English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures
• Other duties as assigned

As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers while supporting store operations and sales goals.

What You’ll Need:
Experience & Skills:1+ year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.Fluent in reading & speaking both English & Spanish.
Versatility:Skilled at multi-tasking and handling a fast-paced work environment
