Job summary

America's Best, part of National Vision, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and support store operations, helping customers choose eyewear based on lifestyle and budget. You will dispense eyewear, train on lens care where allowed by state law, and maintain accurate records.

In this role, you will maintain the store to brand standards, assist with inventory control, and handle calls and order statuses.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Versatility: Skilled at multi-tasking and handling a fast-paced work environment.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training (as permitted by state law).
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care.
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records.
• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
• In some locations, state laws require certain responsibilities to be performed by individuals with specific licenses or credentials. Job duties and work practices may vary to meet these requirements.
