Job summary

America's Best, part of National Vision, is hiring a Sales Associate in Homewood, IL. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals.

Responsibilities include helping customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, dispensing eyeglasses and contacts, educating on care, maintaining records, and assisting with inventory control and loss prevention to keep the store clean and brand-aligned.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Skilled at multi-tasking and handling a fast-paced work environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training (as permitted by state law)
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care

• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures
• Other duties as assigned
