Job summary

America's Best in Missouri is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. You will help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses as allowed by state law; educate on eyewear care; and maintain accurate customer records while keeping the store clean and merchandised to brand standards.

Sundays are off.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced store environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training as allowed by state law
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records
• Communicate order status and answer incoming calls
• Keep the store clean, organized and merchandised to brand standards
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures
• Other duties as assigned

• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records
• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures
• Other duties as assigned
