Job summary

America's Best, a National Vision affiliate, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and support store operations. You will help customers choose eyewear, dispense lenses, educate on care, and maintain records, while contributing to sales goals.

This role offers opportunities for growth within a large optical retailer network, with benefits and a focus on internal promotions. Sundays off are noted in the posting, and emphasis is placed on teamwork and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Skilled at multi-tasking and handling a fast-paced work environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training (as permitted by state law)
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records
• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures
• Other duties as assigned
