Job summary

Americas Best, part of National Vision, is seeking a Sales Associate in Utah to deliver an outstanding customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals.

You will help customers select eyewear, dispense lenses, educate on care, maintain records, and keep the store clean and merchandised to brand standards. This role offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth; Sundays off as part of our schedule.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training (as permitted by state law).
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care.
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records.
• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
