Job summary

America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and support store operations and sales goals. You will help customers choose eyewear, dispense glasses and contacts, and educate on care.

The role emphasizes multitasking in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training (as permitted by state law)
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records
• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures
• Other duties as assigned
