America's Best is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences, support store operations, and drive sales goals. You will help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget, dispense eyewear and lenses, and train on lens care where allowed by state law.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, updating order statuses, answering calls, and keeping the store clean and merchandised to brand standards. Prior experience in retail is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Skilled at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
