Job summary

LOFT in The Somerset Collection, Troy, MI, is seeking a energetic part-time Sales Associate to be the brand ambassador on the sales floor. You will connect with customers, offer personalized styling recommendations, and help keep the store looking beautiful and well-organized to impress shoppers.

You'll collaborate with your team, use brand guidelines to drive loyalty, and provide a seamless omnichannel experience with available tools and POS proficiency.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
