Knitwell Group is hiring a Sales Associate for Store 0647-New Town Shops on Main-Chico’s-Williamsburg, VA 23188. You will welcome customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service in a hospitality-driven environment.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required, with responsibilities including merchandising, inventory replenishment, and maintaining an inspiring store, while using available tools to ensure a seamless omnichannel experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 in most states; 16+ allowed in VA listed states.
• Able to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
