Job summary

CITY Furniture, Inc. is hiring for a responsive showroom sales role in Florida. You will help guests design rooms, present furnishings and services, and guide customers through the sales process in a busy showroom setting.

This is a commission-driven position with uncapped earning potential. After year one, expect at least $65,000 with opportunities to reach $200,000+ by meeting targets; strong communication and closing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High‑School Degree or GED equivalent.
• 40‑hour per week, full‑time schedule; evenings and weekends may be required.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Suite, iPad use for training, transactions, and inventory).
• Ability to guide customers in a large showroom environment for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Help guests design a home they'll love.
• Engage and present various home furnishings and service options.
• Navigate large showrooms and be on your feet 8 hours a day.
• Build personal connections and guide customers through the sales process.
• Assist guests in finding the best financing options.
• Convert customer interactions into successful sales.
• Create invoices and schedule deliveries.
• Prospect and manage accounts.
• Maintain neatness of the showroom for a welcoming customer experience.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and other KPIs set by management.
• Address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.

Compensation

This is a commission‑driven position with uncapped earning potential. After your first year, you can expect to make a minimum of $65,000 if you hit your targets, with the potential to earn up to $200,000 or more.
