KARM Stores is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and support daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will engage customers, identify needs, process transactions at the POS, and help maintain merchandising standards while upholding the store's mission and values.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, basic math, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Shifts may include evenings or Saturdays based on operational needs. Attendance at required meetings, events, and training as scheduled.
