White House | Black Market, Inc. in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Sales Associate to greet customers, share product knowledge, and deliver a personalized shopping experience.

You’ll collaborate with a team to support merchandising, inventory, and store presentation while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is required to meet business needs.

About The Role

You’ll Bring to the Role

• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
