Hand & Stone Marlton is seeking friendly, driven Sales Associates to join our spa team in Marlton, NJ. The ideal candidate offers excellent customer service, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude, with a goal of making each visit memorable for our guests and members.

As a Sales Associate, you will meet membership sales goals, educate clients on services, answer phones, book appointments, and promote promotions while maintaining spa cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals.
• Achieve performance-based goals set by spa leadership (e.g., Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, Gift Card Sales).
• Maintain knowledge of service menu and educate clients on benefits of services and enhancements.
• Provide an excellent customer experience by answering calls, setting appointments, greeting clients and handling membership sales.
• Promote sales, promotions, and events; uphold spa cleanliness standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

As a Sales Associate, you will

• Meet membership sales goals
• Successfully achieve all performance-based goals set by spa leadership and the company on a consistent basis. These goals include, but are not limited to: Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card Sales
• Maintain a detailed knowledge of our service menu and work to educate clients on the benefits of specific services and enhancements
• Provide an excellent customer experience to all clients through the answering of phone calls, setting appointments, greeting clients and membership sales and management
• Passionately promote sales, promotions, and events
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards
• Perform various other duties as assigned

Enjoy a base hourly rate tailored to reflect your experience and skill PLUS benefit from our uncapped commission structure on membership sales, providing substantial earning potential based on your sales performance. Our top performers typically earn an additional $2 - $4 per hour in commission on top of their base rate.
