Job summary

GNC is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to deliver excellent customer service and help customers explore a wide range of health and wellness products. You will be the first point of contact, welcoming shoppers and guiding them to suitable solutions that align with their goals.

In this role you will also restock, handle online orders, and contribute to a clean, organized store environment while supporting sales objectives and promoting the Live Well philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and offer product recommendations based on needs.
• Assist customers in selecting products and answer questions with product knowledge.
• Process sales and upsell to meet store sales goals.
• Restock shelves, maintain visual merchandising, and fulfill online orders.
• Support opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and deposits.
