Lane Bryant Boise is seeking a friendly Associate to create a hospitable store environment and deliver exceptional customer service. You will engage customers, share current products, fit and fashion trends, and build trust with shoppers.

You will support store operations, safeguard assets, and follow company policies and applicable laws. A flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is required to meet customer and business needs.

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient and confident utilizing mobile technology (e.g. Registers and iPad) to engage with customers.
