Job summary

LOFT in Katy, TX is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to serve as brand ambassador, guide customers with personalized styling, and keep the selling floor organized to impress shoppers. You will collaborate with teammates to create memorable in-store experiences and support our welcoming environment on the sales floor.

You will use available tools, stay informed on promotions, and contribute to an inviting omnichannel experience while helping to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
