Job summary

G-III Retail Group, home to Karl Lagerfeld Paris, is seeking a Sales Associate to create elevated shopping experiences by understanding customer needs and recommending products. You will contribute to sales goals, maintain visual standards, and represent the brand with confidence.

The role rewards customer-focused, collaborative, and results-driven individuals who thrive on teamwork and fast-paced retail environments.

Qualifications

• 6 months face-to-face customer service experience preferred.
• Interpersonal and verbal communication skills enabling effective sales and customer relations.
• Experience in client outreach, appointment setting, and maintenance of a relevant client book/network.

• Be aware of sales-to-goal status and consistently strive to achieve company sales expectations.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and consistently provide quality customer service.
