Job summary

Karl Lagerfeld Paris, part of G-III Retail Group, is hiring a Sales Associate in Florida to deliver an elevated, welcoming shopping experience. You will understand customer needs, offer styling recommendations, and contribute to store sales goals with professional, brand-aligned service.

You will maintain merchandising standards, assist customers on the floor, and handle transactions in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior retail or client outreach experience is valued.

Qualifications

• 6 months face-to-face customer service experience preferred.

As a Sales Associate, you will help create an elevated and welcoming shopping experience by understanding each customer’s needs, offering thoughtful product and styling recommendations, and building genuine connections. Responsibilities

• Meet personal sales goals. Be aware of sales-to-goal status and consistently strive to achieve company sales expectations.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and consistently provide quality customer service. Promote a positive customer experience by keeping all customer areas clean and present merchandise according to company merchandising standards.
• Ring customer transactions, perform register functions and follow company cash handling policies.

Job Qualifications

• 6 months face-to-face customer service experience and High School diploma (or equivalent) preferred.
• Interpersonal and verbal communication skills enabling effective sales and customer relations.
• Experience in client outreach, appointment setting, and maintenance of a relevant client book/network.
