Job summary

Karl Lagerfeld Paris, part of G-III Retail Group, seeks a Sales Associate to deliver a welcoming shopping experience, understand customer needs, and provide product and styling recommendations. You will contribute to store sales goals and uphold brand standards with confidence and professionalism.

You will join a results-driven team that values collaboration, accountability, and growth, offering regular opportunities to learn and progress within the company.

Qualifications

• 6 months face-to-face customer service experience and High School diploma (or equivalent) preferred.
• Interpersonal and verbal communication skills enabling effective sales and customer relations.
• Experience in client outreach, appointment setting, and maintenance of a relevant client book/network.

• Be aware of sales-to-goal status and consistently strive to achieve company sales expectations.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and consistently provide quality customer service.
• Promote a positive customer experience by keeping all customer areas clean and present merchandise according to company merchandising standards.
