Job summary

Aaron’s is hiring a Sales Associate to engage directly with customers, help them find products, and maintain a positive store environment. You’ll handle clerical tasks, assist with merchandise organization, and support the sales floor while meeting physical requirements.

The role offers an hourly wage with incentive pay based on performance and a benefits package as part of a FT/PT team. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Desire to help customers.
• Able to perform a physical job including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Age: 18 or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
