Sales Floor Responsibilities
  1. Understand organizational objectives and make decisions aligning with company priorities.
  2. Take ownership and deliver results, monitoring personal and store metrics; develop personal sales and clienteling strategies with management.
  3. Create strategies to achieve personal metrics and performance goals.
  4. Improve survey results through planning and development.
  5. Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and demonstrate company sales and service expectations.
  6. Support local sales strategies by understanding market changes.
  7. Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, sourcing new customers, and maintaining relationships.
  8. Present a professional image consistent with Coach’s style guide.
  9. Build credibility as a fashion advisor through product knowledge and market awareness.
  10. Communicate current pricing and promotional strategies effectively to customers.
  11. Utilize cross-selling and product knowledge to enhance sales.
  12. Tailor customer approach based on cues and needs.
  13. Handle multiple customers efficiently, following up to close sales.
  14. Contribute to store financial results through personal selling techniques.
  15. Build lasting customer relationships using Coach’s tools and technology.
  16. Create a positive team environment and promote shared vision.
  17. Maintain professionalism and adapt to store needs, welcoming feedback.
Operations Responsibilities
  1. Complete daily operational tasks maintaining store standards.
  2. Keep the store clean and organized, adhering to policies and procedures.
  3. Support inventory processes, including shipment processing and replenishment.
  4. Assist with cash wrap operations and customer transactions.
