Job summary

Happy Beauty in Tempe, AZ is looking for a friendly Sales Associate to create memorable shopping experiences. You will assist customers with beauty products, answer questions, and guide them through the purchase journey with knowledge and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities include building relationships, highlighting promotions, stocking displays, processing transactions, and enrolling customers in the Loyalty program. We offer flexible schedules and opportunities for growth in a dynamic beauty brand.

The Sales Associate will focus on one primary objective – creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. We are continually searching for passionate beauty lovers that want to help our customer through their beauty experience. Whether assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, we want you to be the advisor on our customer’s journey. It takes knowledge and training – which Happy Beauty will go above and beyond to provide. You bring your passion and personality – we will do the rest!

Your role at Happy Beauty:
