The position supports a lively, team‑oriented store culture with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Prior retail or sales experience is a plus; bilingual abilities are valued.

Qualifications

• Energetic and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort with digital tools.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work flexible retail hours.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay: hourly advance with uncapped commissions. Expected first-year earnings typically range from $45,000 - $65,000 annually.
