Job summary

United Pacific is seeking a Sales Associate to support daily store operations with a strong emphasis on customer service and safety. You will handle cash, maintain lighting/fixtures, and protect inventory while working under Store Manager guidance in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires independence, flexibility for irregular shifts including weekends and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 20 pounds. A positive, English-speaking communication style is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• Ability to work alone in the store for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to provide proof of authorization to work in the United States if hired.
• Be able to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 8 hours.
• Be physically able to lift, push, pull a minimum of 20 lbs.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes of workday.
• Occasionally climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials or signage.
• Work indoors predominantly with some outdoor periods.
• Capable of working in small spaces.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily store operations and ensure customer focus.
• Handle cash register operations and protect inventory and currency.
• Maintain lighting and fixtures; ensure store cleanliness and safety.
• Report to Store Manager and follow company policies and procedures.
