Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to greet customers and resolve issues using MAKE IT RIGHT.
• Follows store policies and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greets customers promptly and provides courteous service according to standards.
• General duties: follow the schedule, handle sales and cash discrepancies, participate in contests, and promote upsell.
• Accounting: record hours, rings sales, and documents voids/refunds.
• Human Resources: inform manager of personnel issues and maintain dignity and respect; record hours.
• Security: ensure cash handling and safe environment; protect assets and follow procedures.
• Merchandising: keep coolers and shelves stocked; price per book; suggestive selling.
• Maintenance: keep floors clean; check refrigeration; address maintenance issues.
• Safety: proper ladder use and lifting procedures; report accidents.
• Huck’s Bucks Loyalty App: promote app and assist customers in sign-up and use.
