LOFT is seeking a Sales Associate to be the brand ambassador, connecting with customers and guiding their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations. You will keep the store organized and visually appealing, ensuring merchandise is in the right place to impress shoppers.

Collaborate with the team to create memorable customer experiences, use brand behaviors and store tools to deliver a seamless omni-channel experience, and support store leaders in meeting daily goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience using a POS system is a plus.
