Job summary

The Waterfront Rescue Mission in Fort Walton Beach, FL is hiring a part-time Cashier/Sales Associate to join our team. This role offers 25 hours per week, friendly customer service, and a focus on accurate cash handling within store policies.

You will support store operations during open hours (9 am–6 pm, Monday–Saturday), assist customers, process transactions, and help with end-of-shift store recovery and housekeeping as assigned by Store Management.

Responsibilities

• Cash Handling - register operations to process transactions and refunds. Ensure keying accuracy and accurate drawer reconciliation per Waterfront Rescue Mission policy.
• Customer Service - Follow customer service guidelines per Waterfront Rescue Mission policy.
• Store Recovery - Recover store or area at end of shift
• Perform all reasonable job duties as assigned by Store Management
