Kid to Kid is hiring Sales Associates at our South Blvd, Charlotte, NC store. We welcome part‑time and full‑time teammates who enjoy helping families, organizing and cleaning a busy shop, and learning across store operations.

You'll cross-train, manage the floor, ring up customers, and contribute to community sustainability while advancing within our growing network of nearly 30 locations. Flexible scheduling and a friendly team culture support your life outside work, with 30% employee discount

Qualifications

• Must be available to work a minimum of 2 shifts per week, including some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be helpful and nice to our customers - our store vibe is everything.
• Organize racks, tag and hang up clothing
• Test toys and assemble equipment
• Ring out customers on the register and teach them how to sell to us
• Help make posts on our social media pages
• Merchandise! Organize toy sections, shoe sections, make the store look pretty.
