Job summary

Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age and able to work night and weekend shifts.
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals.
- Perform all operations and loss prevention procedures per policy.
- Maintain store appearance and stockroom organization.
- Communicate store needs to management effectively.
- Stay informed on current fashion trends and products.
- Process all point-of-sale transactions accurately.
- Deliver a fun, full-service shopping experience to customers.
- Complete required training and adapt to Journeys culture.
