Qualifications

• 1+ year retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
• Basic math skills and ability to read/understand English.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
• Support counter sales and build customer relationships.
• Answer product questions and maintain working product knowledge.
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions; balance cash drawer.
• Use NetSuite for order entry and sales transactions (training provided).
• Conduct outreach to existing and potential customers.
• Assist customers in the yard and load materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
