Job summary

Journeys is seeking energetic sales associates to join our teen-focused footwear and apparel team. You will help customers find the perfect styles, maintain store presentation, and contribute to a fun, fast-paced shopping experience.

This role offers the chance to learn about fashion trends, teamwork, and career growth in a lively retail atmosphere. As part of our team, you’ll support daily operations, meet sales goals, and participate in training.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals and standards of performance
• Perform all Operation/Loss Prevention procedures accurately according to policies
• Maintain store appearance and stockroom organization
• Provide a fun, full service experience to all customers
• Stay informed of current fashion trends
• Complete all required training
• Understand Journeys culture and demonstrate it to the team
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
