Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or current enrollment in school.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and maintain receipts.
• Reliable transportation to and from shifts.
• Flexible scheduling to meet store needs.
• Use of mobile device for communication and updates.
• Ability to lift, stand, and bend during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience.
• Operate cash register per PMG standards, including cash handling and shift paperwork.
• Perform daily store tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Stock and merchandise the sales floor.
• Assist with cooler merchandising and vendor check-ins.
• Communicate daily issues to Management.
• Uphold PMG safety and operational standards.
• Support Management with assigned tasks and store cleaning.
