North Rising Star in Minneapolis, MN is hiring a Sales Associate – Entry Level to join our in‑person team. You’ll receive hands‑on training and work face‑to‑face with customers, learning campaigns, approach, and our sales process.

You'll start with training and coaching, aiming to meet individual and team targets while developing strong sales and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Sales Associate – Entry Level

Full-Time | In-Person | Training Provided

North Rising Star is adding to the team and looking for people who are confident, competitive, and comfortable working directly with customers.

You’ll start with hands‑on training to learn our campaigns, approach, and sales process before putting those skills into practice in a face‑to‑face environment.

Starting With Us

Your first few weeks will focus on learning how to:

• Approach and engage new customers
• Understand the campaigns you’re representing
• Present information clearly and confidently
• Identify customer interest and respond to questions
• Develop stronger sales and communication techniques
• Work toward individual and team targets

As you become more confident, you’ll have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and continue developing within the team.

Pay & Development

• Weekly base pay + additional performance‑based earnings
