Job summary

Aaron’s Sales Associates are a positive, energetic force on the showroom floor. You’ll drive sales by engaging customers and helping them find what they need. The role involves physical tasks like cleaning and moving merchandise, with training and tools provided to do so safely.

Qualified candidates are at least 18, can work 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, and can lift up to 50 lbs unassisted (300 lbs with help). Benefits and incentive pay are provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Schedule includes 9:00 am–8:00 pm.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted; up to 300 lbs. with assistance and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select products.
• Assist with cleaning, organizing and moving merchandise.
• Create and maintain customer files; perform clerical duties.
• Maintain a positive sales floor environment.
