Scheels Tulsa is seeking a part-time sales associate to greet customers, determine needs, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will promote Scheels Visa, drive personal sales, and maintain organized product displays. Training and team collaboration are integral to success.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and some sales exposure. Physical requirements include mobility for lifting and reaching, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 months of sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers on the sales floor with courtesy to make them feel welcomed.
• Engage with customers, determine needs, recommend products, and promote Scheels Visa Credit Card.
• Grow personal sales by meeting goals and following Scheels' sales standards.
• Maintain a positive end-user experience based on products purchased.
• Keep visual merchandising standards and assist with freight processing and inventory restocking.
• Demonstrate product usage and retrieve products from heights as needed.
• Attend training and store meetings; assist in training new associates.
• Navigate computer and handheld scanner; use MS Office, Google Docs and AS400.
