Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service that promotes the product and builds brand relationships.
• Assist management to build store business and drive sales.
• Serve multiple customers, multi-task and handle projects simultaneously.
• Stay informed on fashion trends and knowledge of arrivals (fit, color, style).
• Create outfits for customers and recommend matching items.
• Maintain positive working relationships and communicate store information to management.
• Aim to meet sales and service metrics and participate in coaching and training.
• Open/close the store and occasionally supervise others.
