Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service as described in the manual, assisting customers as they enter the store and during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
• Set and track sales goals to improve selling skills.
• Uphold company policies and standards from manuals and memos.
• Assist in daily store operations including work lists, shipments, and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote and sell goods per the knowledge manual.
• Aim to achieve and exceed sales targets and communicate needs or issues to management.
• Attend staff meetings and tech clinics.
• Protect assets and financial information by following internal controls and reporting fraud risks.
