Job summary

Chico’s in Traverse City, MI is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service in a fast-paced, team-oriented store. You’ll help create a seamless omnichannel experience and support merchandising, inventory, and store organization.

The role requires flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
