Soma is seeking a Sales Associate in Delray Beach, FL to deliver a welcoming, customer-centered experience. The role focuses on personal connections, product knowledge, and personalized service in a busy retail setting.

You will engage customers, educate on loyalty programs, support merchandising and inventory tasks, and help maintain an inviting store atmosphere. Availability includes nights, weekends and holidays.

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
