Job summary

LOFT Outlet is seeking a Sales Associate to connect with customers, offer personalized styling recommendations, and guide their shopping journey. You will keep the store organized and upholding visual standards while collaborating with teammates to deliver memorable experiences.

The role emphasizes hospitality, flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and the use of POS technology to support omnichannel shopping. Training and advancement opportunities are available.
